File Manager: Hiding and restricting files

Hiding files:

• For example in a situation that you dont want the original powerpoint file to be listed along with the converted slides. Or maybe you are working on it and dont want it to be released to the sellers yet.
• For single file click on the triple dot icon on the content card and select "Hide from users"
• For multiple files select all of the desired files and click on the "File Options" button and "Hide from users" 

Restricting files:

• This restricts the files to be shared on a memosite, and can be great for internal documents or other content that you do not want to be shared outside of Salesframe.
• Can be enabled or disabled with same steps as Hiding files above.
