In Salesframe all PowerPoint files and desired PDF files are converted into images. This is done to allow selecting individual slides for your presentations. As the powerpoint is converted into images, any animation on the slide or between the slides are lost.
With pptx files you dont need to do anything but upload and wait for the conversion to be over. This might take a few minutes as different attributes (number of slides, size of images etc) contribute to the length of conversion. With PDF files you can manually select if you want to convert them into slides by clicking on the triple dot icon and choosing "Convert to slides".
When using custom fonts you want to make sure those are embedded to the powerpoint from Options -> Save -> Embed fonts in file -> Embed all characters.
