Managing users

You can select users by ticking a box next to the users name. When selected you can move or delete multiple users at the same time by selecting "move X users" or "delete X users" from above.


You can select individual users by clicking them which allows you to control SSO access, reset password, delete the user or edit the users details. 


When you want to change users access levels, you must click on the edit user button. You can choose between 3 roles, Admin, Manager and User. 

  • Admins have access to both the main tool and the admin tools
  • Managers have access to the main tool and analytics
  • Users will have access to the main tool only


Access level is determined by the users role and not the user group, so you can still be an admin even if you are not in the admins user group.


On the left menu next to the user groups you can see how many users are in different user groups or how many Admins, managers and users you have in total.
