SSO, or Single Sign-On is a technology through which a user can be logged in automatically, given that they are logged into their Microsoft or Google accounts, for example. SSO needs to be enabled for the instance before users can be given SSO access.

Managing SSO access:

Select the user from the user list and click on the SSO Access button in the extended row. You can then choose which instances the user has access to.

You can set SSO access to users in the Add user view, but if the user has been invited to the tool, you have to wait for the user account to be created before managing SSO access.
