Intro to Memosites

Memosites are unique and trackable websites generated by Salesframe from materials you've collected. Memosites are a great way to share any content to your customers easily without file size restrictions or attachments. Just create a Memosite in seconds, send your customer the link and that's it!


Memosites are also trackable. This means that when your customer opens your link, you get a notification about it inside your Salesframe and as an email. You can then go to My Memosites in Salesframe and look at how much time your customer has spent on your Memosite and which materials they spent the most time on, among other things.


You can create Memosites by clicking the Share button on your Presentation deck on the bottom of your screen. This will automatically add any files in your deck to your Memosite. You can then add more files, reorder them, delete them and record a video greeting for your customer.


Video greetings are an especially useful feature, as you can quickly record a greeting instead of or in addition to writing one, and instantly make the Memosite a lot more personal and memorable.


When you've published your Memosite, you'll get a link, which you can then send to your customer as an email, or simply copy it and send it via LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or however you like to be in contact with your customer.


To track your Memosites, go to My Memosites in your Salesframe via the top menu bar of the tool. In addition to tracking how your customer has interacted with your Memosite, you can change its settings, delete it, or (if enabled) send the Memosite to your CRM.
