Settings: Memosites

Note: Don't change settings if you don't know what you're doing. If you're having issues, contact Salesframe support.

Memosite settings are instance settings specific to Memosites created by users. The settings include:

• Memosite sub-domain name: The URL created for Memosites in your instance has a unique sub-domain name, such as company-name.salesfra.me. You can set this sub-domain to be whatever you want.
• Memosite disclaimer: A disclaimer text that is added to all Memosites created in this instance.
• Drift code: You can add a Drift chat widget to your instance's Memosites. You will first have to create the Drift widget for your company and then you can add the code provided by Drift into this field.
• Pipedrive chat configuration: You can add a Pipedrive chat widget to your instance's Memosites. You will first have to create the Pipedrive chat widget for your company and then you can add the necessary information provided by Pipedrive to these fields.
• Privacy notification: You can choose to have a privacy notification to all your instance's Memosites. This notification will appear when opening a Memosite link and requires the reader to accept the terms.
• Downloadable PDF: You can choose whether customers can download your instance's Memosites as PDF-files.
• More information URL: If you have a privacy notification for your instance's Memosites, you can add a link here, which will be included in the privacy notification. This link should be to your company's privacy information page on your website.
• Default language: Sets the language for your instance's Memosites. We recommend you don't change this unless all your customers understand a language other than English.
