To track your Memosites, go to My Memosites in your Salesframe via the top menu bar of the tool. In addition to tracking how your customer has interacted with your Memosite, you can change its settings, delete it, or (if enabled) send the Memosite to your CRM.
Notice that analytics isn't collected from the sessions when you or one of your colleagues has opened the Memosite while being logged into the Salesframe. You can find the following data about your Memosites:
- Opened: How many times your link has been opened.
- Unique opens: How many different devices the link has been opened on.
- PDF downloads: How many times a PDF of the Memosite has been downloaded.
- Total time: Total time spent on this Memosite, including all sessions.
- Avg. time: Average time spent on this Memosite per session.
- Time per slide: How much time, in total, has been spent on each individual file.
- View sessions: Same statistics as above, but showing each session separately.
