Sending to CRM is only available, if the feature has been enabled for your company's Salesframe instance. This option will appear when you're publishing a Memosite and can be later accessed from the My Memosites module by selecting a Memosite and clicking "Send to CRM". The exact fields available and the data sent depend on the CRM your tool is connected to. Generally, there's a way to link your Memosite to a specific deal or case and some additional information, like deal value or contact person.
