Users: Delete user

You can delete a single user by simply clicking on them and choosing "Delete user". 

To delete multiple users, use the checkboxes next to the users names and then choose from the top "Delete x users".


You should always delete users that are no longer working in the company or who for other reasons should no longer have access to Salesframe. 


When you delete a user, it is not completely removed from the system. This is due to the fact that the analytics we have collected in the past still need to exist, just because a user is no longer in the company doesnt mean he or she didnt send 25 memosites in June for example.


If you delete a user and want to add that same user back to Salesframe, please contact support as we will restore the user.


When user is deleted they have no longer access to their presentations or created memosites, but these will still exist in the database. For memosites its important that the links created for the customer and in some cases stored in the CRM will be valid in the future if needed.


All user data can be deleted on request and will be deleted completely after the contract with Salesframe expires.
